With the prevalence of social networks, it's challenging for a business to keep tabs on customer feedback and online mentions, but VenueSeen offers a solution. VenueSeen is an online platform that aggregates customer feedback from social media sites, including Instagram, Foursquare, Twitter and Facebook, as well as geotagged checkins and photos, onto a central dashboard.
