'For a Healthier Lunch Break' is a concept devised by Sabine Staggl that suggests the packing of raw produce for on-the-spot preparation at the office.
An open brown cloth acts as a placemat and doubles as a tote for the rest of the set when it's folded up and held by the handles. Inside you'll find three wooden platters with one that seals firmly to the rim of a bright green bowl and another that functions as a cutting board. The ingredients for your snack, salad or sandwich can be stored between the container and plate and any air you blow into it creates a protective cushion during transportation.
