At first the L’Officiel III Beauty Salon ad campaign appears to be comprised of works of art. Nevertheless, these watercolor paintings serve more purpose than decorating the walls of homes and offices. Instead, they are better off on billboards, subway cars and even in magazines since they promote the services of this particular beauty shop.

Conceived and executed by Publicis, an ad agency based in São Paulo, Brazil, the L’Officiel III Beauty Salon campaign beautifully illustrates the tag line, "It’s easy to make your make-up ruin. The hard part is putting it on." An art form in and of itself, the images may refer to the first part of the phrase, but the latter part is what people with walk away with. Either way, the prints are stunning to look at.
