The pair created an amazingly hi-tech app allows users to 'out' parking offenders in a remarkably public way. When someone with the 'Parking Douche' app sees a poorly parked automobile, they simply take a photo of the license, and the app finds out more specific information about the driver and the car. After submitting the information, a picture of the car and the gathered data is posted as a pop-up ad on The Village's site.
