There have been tons of galleries that showcase the beauties of nature but none that have done so in quite the detail that has been presented by Swarms, Flocks & Herds by Kristi Malakoff.
This collection is immediately breath-taking because it downsized the enormous swarms, flocks and herds of various animal groups into miniature replicas and displayed them in a modernistic appeal that has one's heart warming to nature and contemporary art. It's as if a still was taken straight out of national geographic or a planet earth documentary and installed within a room. The animals are shown as if flying for seasonal change and also as if they are being hunted. Canadian artist Kristi Malakoff has a knack for actual representation with modernistic appeal.
