Kaiho Sho has created a very clever piece of typography that includes the alphabet and numbers. The piece, entitled Font Gears, uses mechanical gears as the basis for each of the characters in the alphabet.
Kaiho Sho has definitely come up with an excellent idea that I could spend hours looking at. This minimalist piece would make an excellent addition to a contemporary living room. The print runs through all uppercase and lowercase letters, in addition to numbers and some punctuation.
Kaiho Sho’s work brilliantly uses gears to recreate the alphabet in an aesthetically compelling way.
