The Suno Fall 2011 Collection is Grandmother Couture
Tracy Wallace — February 15, 2011 — Luxury
The Suno Fall 2011 collection by Erin Beatty and Max Osterweis creates a new style of granny-chic looks. Inspiration for the collection is reminiscent of past styles of young tyke, Tavi Gevinson.
Highlights of the Suno Fall 2011 collection include the sophisticated colored prints and "shag rug"-looking knits. The print on print separates are a wonderful mix of unconventional looks and eclecticism. At first glance the silhouettes may look traditional but check out the fuller sleeves and wider longer leg. The fullness offers a relaxed, put together look with a nod to Halston's signature look.
