The Do-It-Yourself Car

— March 28, 2007 — Autos
Mitsukoa Motor of Japan has just revealed their “K-4” micro kit car to the public.

It is a do-it-yourself car which consists of 500 parts and will only take 40 hours to assemble, which is not that efficient compare with other assembly lines of Japan.

This 8 feet long car is equipped with a motorcycle-sized 50cc engine which can run up to about 30 miles per hour. It costs $6,460 in US dollars, far from cheap compare with the price of a fully assembled car.
