Redberry upstages Blackberry in China
It will be interesting to see if RIM sues for trademark violations. If they were to do so in the United States or in England, they would almost certainly prevail, but it is certainly more questionable whether the Chinese courts would "see" the liklihood for name confusion. www.chinalawblog.com
