These are not your typical cutesy felt bunnies for children. These are shocking, uncensored creations by SpiderCamp who wishes to "personally celebrate my right as a grownup to use all sorts of words.… |
I could see these as gifts. - Lindsay Hunt

For under $40, you can have a life-sized cardboard likeness of a law enforcer in your home. Very simplistic, but I hear it does the trick. At first glance, these cutouts appear to be real policemen, and… |
Only the wealthy would employ a policeman for a private residence... so I don't think that they would care that the cost is $40. This does remind me of that Seinfeld episode where George gets the security guard a chair and the place gets robbed. I could see this in retail outlets or warehouses. - Lindsay Hunt

The Council for Fashion Designers of America may have gotten a wakeup call from Europe, where some governments are banning very, very thin models, the size zero. At London Fashion Week a model was actually… |
It is about time. If these women didn't take a shower for a few days, put make up on, or do their hair and wear some torn clothes we be pledging our money to help them thinking they came from a third world country. The US should adopt the European sizing standard too. The clothing manufacturers play mind games with women... if we actually had a measurement as a size it could not be changed. It would be tried and true. Kudos to the Euros! - Lindsay Hunt

Web surfers have invariably run into the dreaded 404 - Page Not Found message. Occasionally surfers will run into the "index" or "parent" directory which is the code behind the web page. Here's a design… |

Times journalist and aspiring author Michael Moran is promoting his new book Sod Abroad through his blog (natch), as well as through an interactive map where users can add their own holiday stories. True… |
Hmm... not sure about this one. But what if each city put some of its most obscure facts up or what they are famous for or when you type in a specific address it tells you some interesting places to visit while you are there. They could be little boutiques, gardens, monuments, etc. All the submissions would be user submitted. Take Cuyahoga Falls, OH for example... I would say a must visit is Jimmy's Cafe. It is not only a restaurant but an art experience.... blah blah blah - Lindsay Hunt

In this day and age of shrinking economies, it's hard enough to find the money for life's necessities, let alone save. The Capitalist Pig piggy bank helps you save loose change by letting you write your… |
Agree. Seeing the goal is a great reminder. This would be a great product for anyone, but especially tweeners and teens. - Lindsay Hunt

Apartment and condominium dwellers interested in using worm composting for their kitchen scraps usually don't have the space to hide the ugly containers. A good solution is Vermicondo, a sleek multi-level… |
I live in a house with a yard, but would buy this in a minute as well. I have bought books on composting and have investigated starting both indoor and outdoor composing, but it always sounded like a lot of mess and work. The sleek design of this unit is very appealing. It doesn't look like it would be messy. It actually looks like it would be very easy to do. The only sticking point that I have is the price. IKEA... where are you? If any one has contacts to IKEA tell them to make a less expensive version and I will be their first customer!!!! - Lindsay Hunt

This is the perfect kitchen solution for small apartments or dorm rooms. The Minikitchen by Boffi is a re-issue of the visionary 1966 Minikitchen design by Joe Colombo: a mobile kitchen block of only half… |
Dido! I could also see this in an RV or tiny cottage. - Lindsay Hunt

A software developer with an autistic grandson was frustrated with the difficulty of utilizing the valuable stuff on the web. As a result, he designed a new browser which he is now making available for… |
Doesn't this make you feel all warm & fuzzy inside? This is great! Hey the company could branch out and make software for the less tech savvy generation. Maybe my dad would be able to stop taking his high blood pressure medication! Hahaha - Lindsay Hunt

Well, what do we have here? An ad for Keimling vegetarian restaurant that basically tells you to stop eating animals because you're essentially eating crap! A bit extreme, wouldn't you say? Both the concept… |
Agree with the comment above. Mushrooms especially... I feel like you can never get all the dirt off with out water logging the thing. I am not a vegetarian, but just a note... for those of you who eat sea food the chain is even shorter. Especially if you eat shrimp!!! - Lindsay Hunt

The "Roller Ruby" stroller designed by Valentin Vodev, is a good idea so long as you don't drink and drive with the baby on board. Failed attempts at humor aside, this stroller, which comes with brakes,… |
Hit a crack in the sidewalk and the baby goes flying out! This is an interesting idea, but doesn't look too safe for sturdy. - Lindsay Hunt

If this wasn't so pricey it would be great for travelers. - Lindsay Hunt

This crib is not really designed with barbed wire. It just looks like it. The design is supposed to mimic and make light of the physical restraints and many spatial limitations that human beings create… |
I can see the correlation can't you... a crib looks like a jail cell...
Anyway, about time someone made an artistic crib. - Lindsay Hunt
