Money… 		Other problems: desert conditions & NO water? or lacking water to fuel up. How to burn water? IE revive a Steam engine for cars in essence. Now lets Test one on estd cars by removing gas engines & instlling steam engines. But more iossues Water freezing, other chems in water, toxins in water. How can water/steam engine work in cars? Be a micro turbine engine only vs piston? Test car makes: Lexus, Rolls, Cadillac, Lincoln, Benz, Audi, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, SUVs. & engine must adapt to other fuels IE cane sugar biofuel maybe as backup source? Imagine steam engine buring water & or cane sugar biofuel?
