A club where patrons generate the power? If this is not green, then I do not know what is. Sustainable Dance Clubs are designed to reduce the outside energy needed to get your groove on in a dimly lit room with a bunch of other people partying. The first is opening in Rotterdam this weekend and fe… |

Flippies, a New York based company is bringing back those old flip books. I can remember being a kid trying to make those… unsucessfully. The flip books are actually advertising tools that turn marketing messages into mini commercials. Puma and Proctor & Gamble are just a couple of the big compai… |
Yes kids love flip books, but adults can't resist a good flip. What a great advertising tool for the Toronto Film festival, or any new film. Just create a film trailer in a flip book and attach it to a corresponding sponsers product. Tag line! See the full version visit www. ? I love that movie! - Michael P Bradt

This is a total riot! Blackbird Tees' custom Resume Tees will put your resume on the back of a T-shirt for you so that you may advertise yourself to prospective employers. Popgadget notes, "When ordering, you choose an intro or teaser line for the front of your t-shirt (for instance, "My resume i… |
Why stop at a resume. Why not use it for dating? Look for an apartment, a roommate or a pet? Got something to sell, having a party? Put it on a shirt. Self promotion/networking it's great! Move over Calvin and polo, it's all about me!!! - Michael P Bradt

Remember those super cheesy murals of tropical beaches or forests? The retro decor could become hip again thanks to Myfotowall, a site that lets you customize wallpaper with your own photographs. It's as easy as sending in your favourite image, whether it's a shot of the most amazing sunset you sa… |
Wallpaper has always and will always scare people and lead to divorce. The company might want to print a persons favorite photo(s) on canvas or material that can be mounted on something more mobile? No matter what the size wall, the customer now has the option of customized size, mounting material and the ability to transport it if they move. After all, if it is a favorite photo or collage, its yours and at $90+ per sq meter I'd like to take it, not leave it. The idea seems to appeal to more commercial locations rather than residential. The company could even target Schools, old age homes, community centres and charitys. All could benefit greatly from this service. I am always interested in your opinion. - Michael P Bradt

Working in advertising for some of the world's big brands introduced me to the fantastic world of event organizing. Europe is the perfect place to find innovative ideas to promote brand launches and events. The Puffershere, for example, is a phenomenal way to display multimedia shows. So what is thi… |

Emergency signs can be really important and life saving in extreme situations. But what can you do when the power turns off? A Dutch company, S. Lövenstein BV, found a solution by mixing floor materials with glow in the dark particles. The luminescent gravel can be spread into shapes and due to i… |
This product has more applications than just safety. Bars, clubs, restaurants, kids play centres can all apply this technology to all types of dark events. Even funky artistic interior designs can suddenly appear with the flip of a switch. Something to think about. - Michael P Bradt

Tomy Co. has designed a piggy bank that not only helps you save money but makes it fun at the same time. As you put money into the bank, the life of a fictional character is created. The more money saved, the better the life your fictional character receives. |
I love this product/idea. If it was modified for kids or teenagers and sold in Canada or the US, I'm sure it would do very well and help them save for what they want. There is also a good idea there for a charity. The more money put in and you can see a poor family or village get all the things they need. - Michael P Bradt

In an age where we are increasingly consumed by our computers, the cursor kite is more than just a kite, it's a statement. That's the vision of the creator, Tim Elverston, who first launched the kite at Buring Man. The cursor kite is available for sale. You can read more about it at the WindF Fir… |
I agree. This has marketing potential. I think a second kite with a company logo is needed to seal the deal. - Michael P Bradt
