Actually the developer Nakheel announced that the world's highest skyscraper will be built in Dubai by Limitless, the development arm of Dubai World. This $61 billion dollar project will be 1,200 meters tall - surpassing Burj Dubai that was expected to top at 630 meters yesterday. They are still finalising the design concept.
