No wonder people can get so addicted to brands like Chanel. They do think of you. Or at least, they make sure that every accessory you might need for your sport activity can be purchased from them. We…

That racket is definitely stylish, but I have a feeling that the people using it will fall into the label whore category. After all, a serious tennis player would probably go for quality over brand name/appearance - and buy one these - http://www.3luxe.com/category/Tennis/Tennis_Racquets

I'd like to present you the new collection of the cult notebook, which has been the favorite companion of celebrities such as Picasso, Van Gogh, Chatwin, and Heminghway. Moleskine City Notebooks are…

As a moleskine devotee who also loves to travel, I think those are excellent. I like the idea of sharing them with friends, but perhaps there should be an exchange program for travelers - sort of like Wikitravel but in print. After all, online book exchange programs work surprisingly well.

image 1 for Luxury Ollies - Ferrari SkateboardLuxury Ollies - Ferrari Skateboard
We've seen home gyms, bicycles, segways, and, oh yeah, cars from this company. They seem to be putting their custom red paint job and Prancing Horse logo on everything and marking up the price. Now, Ferrari…

A skateboard does seem like an odd thing for Ferrari to make, but it's not nearly as odd a home gym (hey, at least a skateboard has wheels). However, I think I'd go with a company that actually has a history and some expertise when it comes to skateboards, like one of these: http://www.3luxe.com/category/Skateboarding/Skateboards I'd bet a Ferrari skateboard is probably all about the logo and therefore will be popular with poseurs - more power to them.

An Open-air balcony for tiny apartments. Can you imagine how popular this will become? Space is at a huge premium in every major city. The Bloomframe is actually a window frame that will transform into a balcony. Custom size, material, and color. Prototypes are tested and market rollout is ready.

This is awesome - I'd love to add it to my tiny apartment. However, I doubt my landlord (and most others) would be cool with it.

Isn't this just a stunning pair of danglies? The baubles from Villa are made of Aquamarine, Sapphires, and Tsavorite. Tsavoirite is a relatively new gemstone with an interesting history. Added to the established jewels that bedazzle these earrings and the effect will stop people in their tracks. All…

Those are gorgeous!

image 1 for Whisky Fraud Rising - Protecting Whisky Fraud Rising - Protecting "The Recipe" in China, India
The UK is fighting to protect the integrity of Scotch whiskey in much the same way as wine makers have over the last few years. Whiskey fraud is on the rise and the consumer market in China and India…

Probably because it doesn't taste like the real stuff? I'm not really a whiskey connisseur, but I'd be incredibly pissed off if I bought a good bottle and it wasn't up to par because of fraud (on a related note, if it was beer - something I am definitely a snob about - I'd be the first one in line to lobby for legislation).

image 1 for Luxury Brands Boom Online - High End E-tailers ProsperLuxury Brands Boom Online - High End E-tailers Prosper
They were slow to begin selling their goods online, seeing it as the domain of teenagers and the middle class, not expecting upper class customers to part with $3,000 for skirts and $5,000 for suits over…

You know, at first this surprised me, but with the increase in the Hollwood-ization of fashion and style (e.g. women want to dress like their favorite actresses, both onscreen and off), and the fact that the significant majority of women don't live somewhere where they have access to top luxury brands, it only makes sense that they would turn to the web. After all, it's not like the country's wealth is concentrated around Rodeo Drive and Fifth Avenue, and anyways, even wealthy customers don't always want to shop in-store. Sometimes it's easier (and dare I say, more luxurious) to have the goods come right to your door. Besides, you can always ship back what doesn't work and so many online shopping sites have such great return policies now that it's all pretty low risk. In addition, all of the online media - the many fashion blogs, the message boards, social shopping sites, and even recommendation engines are helping people to refine their tastes and learn what is "simply the best", to quote the tagline of 3Luxe (http://www.3luxe.com), one of the afore-mentioned recommendation engines. You definitely don't need to be in a fashion capital anymore to know exactly what is going in the luxury world.

A few months ago, Trend Hunter introduced you to Gold Flakes vodka. Now we're showing you the most luxurious drink you can whip up at your personal cocktail bar, or order out on the town: the Gold Flakes…

For some reason this reminds me of a really upscale version of Goldschlager.

British designer Stella McCartney has created an 18-piece organic resort line, exclusively for US retailer Barneys. Not only is the collection organic, but it is also made from sustainable fabrics while…

I have a feeling this will be a fabulous collection - and a "natural" choice for Stella McCartney (sorry about the pun, I couldn't resist).

image 1 for Fake Intimacy 1 - Thousands Choose 'Real Dolls' Over WomenFake Intimacy 1 - Thousands Choose 'Real Dolls' Over Women
Believe it or not thousands of men are willing to part with $6,500 to get the Rolls Royse of love dolls from Real Dolls which had $2 million in sales last year. Some men have websites dedicated to their…

Count me in as another one who finds these dolls a little creepy, but if someone wants them and can afford them, that's cool with me. It's when a doll or robot becomes a substitute for actual human companionship that worries me. ps. Allen - although apparently you are trying not to seem misogynistic, your comment still came across as incredibly so - do you honestly think that "lonely, creepy guys" are only created by women? If women are always trying to change them, maybe there is a reason. Relationships are a two-way street, dude. By the way, men have a choice when they get up in the morning as well - to make their wife/girlfriend feel beautiful by complimenting them and accepting as they are (which will never be as perfect as a real doll, no matter how much effort they put in), to be friendly, and to help their wife/girlfriend out with the housework and everything else - especially if she works outside of the home as well. No one feels sexy or even accepting if they've been taking care of their man like another child all day. Anyways, as long as men and women continue to stereotype and treat each other like aliens instead of as fellow human beings (seriously, men and women tend to want the same things - a happy, comfortable home, a stable relationship, and yes, a fulfilling sex life), there will probably be a market for things like Real Dolls.

Now that chillier weather is setting in, it's time to fall into fashion with styles of the season. That doesn't mean you'll have to ditch your dresses though. Skirts and even short can still be worn, provided…

I'm loving the over-the-knee boots - although they might not have the best reputation (Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, cough cough), they definitely can look stylish and even classy with the right outfit.
