Imagine this scenario: closing both eyes for one second starts your iPod, while blinking again stops the playback. A wink with the right eye makes the machine skip to the next tune while with a wink of… |
Oh Nippon! Will you ever seize to amaze. This reminds me of a similar bio-tech device by Docomo a few years ago. The 'bone-phone' is worn as a watch and sends vibrations through your bones, thus conducting sound. To hear the conversation, you had to stick your finger in your ear for the vibrations to connect. You can read more about it at http://issmatblog.wordpress.com/?s=bone+phone. For this blink-remote, I like the prospect of using it for touchless mp3 navigation. When you live in Canada in the winter time, it gets a little tough to operate mp3 players with thick gloves on. issmat on Mar 4, 5:06 AM

I want it now! I hope the OEMs can quickly compact this so that handheld companies can begin to embed the technology right into a cellphone or PDA device. I just hope they don't price it outside the reach of us common joes. issmat on Jul 13, 9:10 PM
