Ford Fairlane gets the approval. Interesting enough the Fairlane resembles the Range Rover design with minor tweaks. Keeps me thinking how on earth you can resemble that much an existing vehicle but…

It's now called the Flex and at SEMA there are Range Rover imitations built on it. That post you linked to is 2 years old? http://www.autoblog.com/2008/11/04/sema-2008-a-bakers-dozen-concepts-stretch-ford-flex-ibility/

What's the deal with your cover photo! That little kid was an Essendon supporter (AFL) and someone photochopped him into a baseball fan! WTF? That little kid couldn't give a rats about baseball when you compare it to AFL!

We are all used to seeing ad placements on our sports stars or cars but now even school uniforms are branded with adverts on their uniforms. In the KunMing Province, China, 525 students have been issued…

I can't help but laugh at the way this is written up. Those are ripoff Scuderia Ferrari jackets that you'll find all over Asia (The orange is meant to be the Marlboro red). It wouldn't amaze me that if it is just that there is an oversupply of these ripoffs and they're cheaper than other options to clothe their students. Brings new meaning to trickle down economics...

That's almost the same at the "wouldn't it be nice" Cadbury campaign that could be seen in Australia. This was a later advert in the campaign but reflects a similar visual concept - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KMfG-sox00

image 1 for Homophobic Advertising - Nike, That Ain't RightHomophobic Advertising - Nike, That Ain't Right
Nike has plastered some pretty homophobic ads all over Harlem in anticipation of the July 26 debut of the Nike Hyperdunk shoes. Oh Nike, why’d you have to go and do this? The print ad causing the most…

Yeah, it ain't right but it gets the point across. If you play ball you know that when that stuff happens it ain't right but if you can get that much air to find yourself in that situation then I'd usually be giving you some credit. I think they did nail it since the image gets your attention and makes you immediately realise that the jumper has some greater than normal air and that he's owning the guy on the ground. What to credit his superhero qualities - the shoes. Message deconstructed and effective because it makes that point in mere milliseconds. Homophobic? No are you looking to be offended. Yes. Female Model? And if it was a guy dunking on a girl that's just wrong because respectful guys don't dunk like that on a girl. If the models were both female then it'd be wrong. But that's since they can't get that much air, Nikes or not.

Hey Telecom Australia made one of those during the 80's I think to advertise Easycall? It's bright yellow and orange and on display in the National Motor Museum. They remind me of the original Domino's pizza cars.
