The girl whose sentencing to 200 lashes caused an international outcry was pardoned by Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah for being the victim of a gang-rape. The Saudi monarch usually issues pardons to mark the Muslim Eid al-Adha festival which begins on Wednesday. I guess he’s just an old softy. 		If her head was covered and she didn't carry a "please rape me" sign, then I guess she deserved to be pardoned for something someone else did?
