I don't believe in necessarily explaining in minute details every thing all the time. These are adults and some times some things boil down to a matter of interpretation and somebody else's interpretation is as good as mine.

That happened to me once and the problem was that there was another image with the same name and the system will not not bypass it. Rename your image and keep trying to upload it. That's what I did and eventually I got the right image.
