A traveler of the world, I was born in Aleppo, Syria, the world’s oldest continually inhabited city and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

I am currently doing my PhD in Computer Science and staying in Georgetown, the capital of the island and state of Penang, on the west coast of peninsular Malaysia.

I joined Trend Hunter in February 2008 just a month after I started my first ever blog, and it’s been a wild ride ever since. When it comes to trend hunting, I have a passion for fashion, photography, advertising, design and decor and the fascinating pop culture.
