I am responsible for developing programs and trainings to inspire the Artistic and Education teams to grow and refine their skills. Our International Artistic Directors create collections semi annually that are communicated in the feild by the Artistic Team. The clarity of the interpritation by the Artists is crutial to ensure a clear message as to what our Directors believe is the trend that our companies are embracing. Training creative minds to focus and define a particular trend and elaborate on it with out losing the focus is a challenge I face regularly.
