"Graduating from college was a wonderful and long-awaited accomplishment."
How do you define cool?
"Cool isn't what every one else is doing. It's what no one else is doing."
What is your secret to uncovering trends?
"I've always been in the know with current pop culture, trends, and up and coming fashion and styles. I am constantly observing our society and culture to see what has the potential to become the next big thing."
What do you enjoy most about Trend Hunter?
"Trend Hunter is an amazing magazine that really brings everything together. Every day you can discover something new, interesting, and happening in the world around you."
What is your favorite trend?
"Vintage. I think vintage is the hippest trend out there today, and I believe it will always be cool. The art, the fashion, the culture, all still mix seemingly with those of the present. I have always been a big advocate of past styles and trends."
What are your tips for writing a juicy post?
"Title. Title is what people first see and what will ultimately be the deciding factor to click on your story or not. Something that really gets people's attention and draws them to it. They need to be able to connect to it, so choose something that will do the job and do it fast."
How do you reset to be creative?
"I need silence. Sometimes music can spark a lot of creativity, but when I write, I need to be alone with my thoughts. The creative process definitely differs for everyone, and it is important you find what works for you."
What inspires or excites you?
"People. Society. Music. And a sense of accomplishment."
Predict something awesome for 2020?
"2020? I imagine everyone using tablets, perhaps taking place of our need for contemporary computers. Everything will be using touch screen technology, and Facebook just may rule the world."
