Ersahin, started his “hunting” journey in the beginning of the 90s at the strategic planning department of a local giant ad agency where he worked mainly on strategy and qualitative research for various brands. Later on, joining The Coca-Cola Company was responsible for the marketing communication of various brands in Eurasia countries. His interest in online marketing paved the way for the leadership of the first local internet ad network in Turkey. Ersahin also served as a consultant/planner for the new business teams of various agencies until co-founding TargetYouth in 2002. Currently, TargetYouth enjoys being the first and only “target audience specialist” marketing agency in the Eurasia region. The company is established to serve brands and clients targeting only kids, teens and young adults between the ages of 6-24.
